Our Team
Ayodo Change is a development expert with over eight years of experience in research, program development, grant writing, and strategic partnerships. As Director of Programs at ImpactAxis Consulting, he has led research projects for local and international NGOs. Skilled in organizational development, results-based monitoring, and strategic planning, he also specializes in institutional capacity building. Currently pursuing an MA in Planning at the University of Nairobi, he holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the same institution. His leadership drives innovation and effectiveness in program strategy and business development.
Sophia Kathambi Mworia is a clinical officer with over ten years of experience in ophthalmology, cataract surgery, and pediatric eye care. Since 2022, she has served as an Ophthalmic Clinical Officer with the Ministry of Health in Meru, performing cataract surgeries, leading pediatric eye care initiatives, and advancing inclusive outreach in rural communities. Skilled in diagnosing conditions such as amblyopia and strabismus, she also trains community health volunteers and contributes to national surveys. Holding a Higher Diploma in Ophthalmology and Cataract Surgery and a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from Kenya Medical Training College, her leadership promotes equity, disability inclusion, and better health outcomes for underserved populations.
Benard O Onyango is a data and IT expert with over seven years of experience in data collection, cleaning, and analysis. As a Data and Information Technology expert at ImpactAxis Consulting, he has worked on multiple projects, including programming quantity and quality data collection tools. An ardent quantitative and qualitative data analyst, he is skilled in Python, SQL, Stata, Excel, and data visualization. Benard is also a skilled web developer with expertise in web-based applications. Currently pursuing an MSSE at Quantic School of Business and Technology, he drives innovation and impact in data analytics and IT solutions.
